The Department of Pathology organized a Public Awareness Program, "World Blood Donor day "on 14-06-2017 at Justice K.S. Hegde Hospital, Deralakatte. IT was organised by Dept. of Pathology, K.S. Hegde Medical Academy and Blood Bank . The programme was carried out in the hospital block, by displaying different posters. There was also a skit programme performed by the KSHEMA student council. There was a voluntary blood donation by the students, NSS volunteers to commemorate World Blood Donor day.
