As a part of N-BRITE program, we from the Department of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, A. B. Shetty Institute of Dental Sciences conducted a free dental treatment camp at Balasamrakshna Kendra, Kutthar on 22.07.17 (Sunday) under the able guidance of Senior Prof. (Dr) Amitha. M. Hegde, H.O.D of the Department of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry and Prof. (Dr) Vabitha Shetty.
REPORT:
A total number of patients screened were 35. Out of which 22 patients had undergone oral prophylaxis along with fluoride application and 13 patients had undergone GIC restorations. 5 patients had deep dentinal caries with pulpal involvement, which were referred to the department for further treatment.
