News from NMAMIT | Graduation Day

The 12th Graduation Day ceremony of NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte was held at the institute premises on 31st October 2020.

Dr. Abdul Sharief, Principal, P.A College of Engineering and Academic Senate Member of Visvesvaraya Technological University was the Chief guest of the function. In his graduation day address, Dr. Sharief congratulated the graduates on becoming professionals. He emphasized the importance of technology that played a major role in the field of education during the COVID-19 pandemic. He advised the graduates to be open to new challenges.

Mr. Vishal Hegde, Trustee, Nitte Education Trust & Pro-Chancellor (Admn) Nitte Deemed to be University presided over the function. In his presidential address, he explained that pandemics are the catalysts for change. It could be considered as nature’s reboot phenomenon. As a young generation, people should be open to different ideas.

Provisional Degree certificates of graduates who passed out during the academic year 2019-20 were displayed during the virtual event.
