A capacity building program on Ethics & Integrity was conducted in Dr. MRSM English Medium High School to foster ethical awareness and integrity among educators, enabling them to effectively guide students towards ethical behavior and decision-making.
The resource persons Mr. Girish Kumar, Principal, Podar International School, Mangalore and Ms. Sumithra K, Principal, Kodagu Vidyalaya, Kodagu enlightened the teachers with the difference between ethics & integrity, Kohlberg's stages of moral development, Circle of Concern, Influence & Control and conducted many fun filled activities which gave comprehensive information on ethics & integrity.
56 teachers from Dr. MRSM English Medium High School; Al Furqan Islamic English Medium School, Moodbidri; Loretto English Medium High School, Bantwal; NITK English Medium School, Surathkal; Canara High School (CBSE), Mangaluru; Anandathirtha Vidyalaya, Pajaka; Vidyadayinee English Medium School, Surathkal; Peace Public School, Mangaluru and Dr. NSAM English Medium High School, Nitte availed the opportunity.
