Training Program for the newly recruited Probationary Clerks of Syndicate Bank - NIBF

“Respond to the needs of the Customers” said Sri Ajit L Karmalkar Dy General Manager, SyndicateBank, Manipal, speaking on the valedictory function of 3 weeks Induction Training Program for the newly recruited Probationary Clerks of Syndicate Bank. The program is being conducted by Nitte Institute of Banking and Finance at their Paneer Campus, Deralakatte. Speaking further Sri Karmalkar called upon the participants to reach out to the customers and extend friendly and timely service in the tradition of SyndicateBank. Mr Karmalkar also spoke about the various new initiatives of the bank aimed at providing better customer service. He also lauded the excellent training facilities in the campus. Dr M S Moodithaya, Registrar, Nitte University, presiding over the function highlighted the need to keep abreast with the developments in banking industry and also acquiring specialised knowledge for the career growth as there is abundant opportunity in the coming days. Prizes were distributed to the winners of various competitions held during the training period. The program was compered by Prof M S Rao and Prof K R Nayak welcomed the gathering.
