“It is not the color, height and size decides your success. But the inner zeal and the candid potentiality carves the success” said Dr. Aloysius Henry Sequiera, HOD, Department of Humanities, NITK, Suratkal during the inaugural function of N-Igma, an Inter-collegiate State Level Fest with the theme of “Yuva 21- Re-defining Dreams” held on February 3, 2015. In his motivational speech he cautioned to be aware of one’s consciousness. He also said that one’s credible inner spirit, leadership quality, tolerance and kind for others will help us in future.
