Health education programme - Kshema

The Department of Community Medicine organized a Public Awareness Program, "HEALTH EDUCATION PROGRAMME " on 14-05-2015 at Epidemiology Unit Kshema. As a part of routine health education programmes conducted by the Department of Community Medicine KSHEMA in the epidemiological unit K S Hegde Hospital Mangalore, Around 15-20 people were included in the talk. Talk was delivered by Dr.Sudharani M, Final year Post Graduate, under the Guidance Dr.N Udaya Kiran Prof and HOD Dept Of community medicine and with the cooperation of Mr.Santhosh N P & Mr.Harsharaj Shetty G M Medico social workers. The crowd was educated regarding the safety measures involved in food safety. Several charts were used to make the understanding simple. People were allowed to ask doubts at the end of the talk.
