Central Research Laboratory (CRL), is well established in the 3rd floor of K.S.Hegde Medical Academy, Nitte-Deemed to be University, Deralakatte, Mangalore. With a mandate to conduct quality research in the field of Health Science & Medicinal Biology, CRL has full fledged cytogenetic, molecular genetic, lipidomics, biochemistry and biodosimetry laboratories. Students all over Karnataka utilize the laboratory for research consultancy.
The lecture series includes 11 lectures from top experts in the field of molecular genetics from Ramaiah Medical College Hospital,Bengaluru, JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysore; Kidwai Memorial Hospital Bengaluru; Yenopoya-Deemed to be University Mangaluru; Centre for Human Genetics, Bengaluru; KMC Manipal, Eurofins, Bengaluru and K.S.Hegde Medical Academy, Mangaluru. which will enhance understanding of the intersection between genomics and medicine.
