An Orientation Program was organized for the Interns (2019-20 batch) on 3rd July 2023.
Prof. Dr Dhanesh Kumar K U, Principal, NIPT addressed the gathering and spoke at length on the importance of clinical practice, code of conduct and rules to be practiced in the hospital premises. He also spoke of the options available for higher studies and offered some career guidance tips.
Dr.Purusotham Chippala, Clinical Coordinator also gave valuable inputs to the interns regarding handling clients, safety measures as well as internal and external disaster activation protocols.
The event was organised by Mr. Jayesh Chandran, Interns Coordinator. The interns were provided with a Work Diary, Log book and also a Letter of Undertaking regarding the code of conduct to be followed in the clinics and hospital premises. 52 interns attended the program.
