News from NUINS | A workshop on "Harnessing of Artificial Intelligence Tools in Teaching, Learning and Assessment"

Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences and Institution Innovation Council, Nitte (DU) organized a workshop on "Harnessing of Artificial Intelligence Tools in Teaching, Learning and Assessment" on 11th November 2023, at the NUINS Learning Centre, Paneer Campus.

Dr. Fatima Dsilva, Principal, NUINS welcomed the gathering and the Chief Guest, Dr. Niranjan Chiplunkar, Principal, NMAM Institute of Technology delivered an insightful speech. The resource persons for the workshop were Dr. Aravind CV, Professor and Dr. Shashank Shetty, Asst. Professor from the Dept. of Computer Science at NMAMIT, Nitte. The participants learnt how to explore diverse AI Tools for creative teaching-learning & assessment techniques and had an interactive hands-on experience with a variety of AI Tools during the workshop. Participants actively participated in the workshop by posing questions and seeking clarification. The program's main objective was to provide faculty members the information and skills they would need to innovate in the classroom and enhance teaching, learning and assessment.
