A day-long carnival was organized by the constituent colleges of Nitte University - Nitte Institute of Hospitality Services, Nitte Institute of Communication and Nitte Institute of Architecture on Sunday, 3rd December 2023 at Fiza by Nexus Mall in the city.
The day-long event was a happy blend of creativity and fun, with some good food and games thrown in. Other interesting activities included understanding Lino Printing, Pottery Making, Cake Mixing, an Open Mic and the excitement of AR & VR.
The evening saw some energetic dancing by popular dancer, choreographer and fellow Mangalorean, Kaushik Suvarna & team.
The idea behind the Carnival was to introduce prospective students to the creative programs offered by Nitte University, while also informing them of the various career opportunities these programs offer. The Carnival saw excellent participation from all age groups, with people arriving at the venue in good numbers. The day ended with announcement of the prize winners of Nitte Pixel Photography Contest, which had seen enthusiastic participation from students & staff of the Nitte group.
