VIVO IGNITE 2023 Technology and Innovation Awards is a national-level award that encourages young minds to explore the endless possibilities of technology for the betterment of our society. The national event organised jointly by NCERT and IIT Roorkee received an overwhelming 19000+ registrations from students of Class 8 -12.
Nitte Tinkers comprising Anush Arun K of Class 10 and Vranda Shenoy of Class 9 presented their model titled Carbon Neutraliser which found a place in the top 10 projects. They are now shortlisted to participate and present their working model in the grand finale scheduled for 10th February 2024 at The Grand, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi and the travel expenses are met by the organisers.
Their exceptional idea has captured the attention of iHUB DivyaSampark, the Innovation Centre of IIT Roorkee with a possibility of considering it for incubation, start-up or research study - an acknowledgement of the calibre and brilliance embedded in their innovation thus opening doors of opportunity in the future.
