Mr. Vincent Devaiah, Senior Manager - HR Business Operations, Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd, Bangalore, delivered a lecture on “From College to Corporate-Corporate Mantra" to the MBA students of the Institute on 16th December, 2013.Mr. Devaiah spoke about the “Transition Strategies” to be adopted by fresh MBA graduates entering the corporate world which is a bed of roses as well as roughs too. He stressed on fine tuning soft-skills such as communication, body language, etiquettes and attitude.
