The Institute organized a special lecture session on the theme “Evidence Based Theory Total T Human Capital Management Solution – An Organizational Psychological Intellectual Medicine Approach” by Dr. Russel D’souza, Psychiatrist, Melbourne, Australia and “Applying Leadership” by Dr. Ramakrishnan, Psychiatrist, U.K on 13^th January, 2014. Dr. Naveen Chandra Shetty, Director, Nitte Psychiatry Centre and Dr. K. Sankaran, Director of the Institute were present on the occasion.
