Republic Day celebration at Dr. MRSM Eng. Med. High School, Thokur

Republic Day was celebrated on Sunday, 26^th January 2014. PTA President Rtn. Raja Patrao hoisted the National Flag. Students performed mass drill and entertained the gathering by dancing to the tune of patriotic songs. Master Pranava Swaropa of class VIII and Mrs. Sushma J Karakada , Asst. Teacher spoke on the importance of the Day. The ‘Water Conservation’ Awareness Programme by the students of class V was launched to mark the 65^th Republic Day celebrations. On this occasion, students took the ‘Pledge for an Abuse Free World for Children’ issued by the CBSE to make them aware of their rights, duties and responsibilities.

 

  

Master Santanu of class VIII compered the programme. Master Arbaz of class VIII welcomed and Rafa Sultana of class VII delivered the vote of thanks.
