As a part of community health nursing posting, the students of 2nd year PBBSc
Nursing organized Mass Health Education programme on “care of under five
children” on 23-10-2014 near Kattemar, Manjanady under Natekal PHC.
Students has taken the initiation to explain charts on various topics like care of
under five children –immunization, nutrition, growth monitoring, and preventive
care. All the students had actively participated in the programme and clarified the
doubts of groups. Around 25-30 family members were benefited with the
programme.
