Hands on Training Workshop - ABSMIDS

Department of Orthodontics, A.B.Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences in association with A.B.Shetty Ortho Alumni organized a Hands on Training Workshop on “Surgical Orthdontics” on 26th and 27th September 2016. As a part of this program, Scientific Lectures were delivered by Guest faculty – Prof.(Dr.) Sadashiva Shetty, Principal, Bapuji Dental College,Prof.( Dr.)Akshai Shetty, and Prof.(Dr.)Pramod Subash. As a part of this program, Hands on training workshop was organized. Surgical Splint making and mock surgery were performed by the 50 registered delegates for the program. . Dr.Arvind, Consultant Orthodontist, Bangalore delivered a keynote lecture on “Biomechanical Consideration in Lingual mechanotheraphy” The program was well appreciated by Private practitioners, Postgraduate students of Orthodontics and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
