As a part of University initiative a Seminar on” Roles and responsibilities of Internal Complaints committee against Sexual Harassment” was organized on 7th of November between 3.00-4.30p.m.
The programme was initiated with a word of welcome and brief report of the activities of ICC of Nitte University by presiding officer of the committee Dr. Prof. Fatima D’ Silva followed by an introduction of the
Guest by Mr. Nithtya Chethan Chakravarthy, Legal and HR officer, Nitte University . Mr. Nikhesh Shetty, Advocate Mangalore, the Resource person of the seminar highlighted on the legal implications. The programme concluded by a note of gratitude by Prof. Philomena Fernandes, Nitte University, ICC Committee Member.
