NITTE (Deemed to be University) organised the 6th NITTE KREEDOSTAVA 2018 on 24th & 25th January, 2018. The constituent colleges and departments of NITTE participated in the basketball, throw ball, volley ball, table tennis, badminton and lawn tennis competitions.
The inaugural function was held on 24th January, 2018 at 9.30 am at the K.S. Hegde Auditorium, Deralakatte. Dr. V. Ravichandran, C.E.O, Diya Systems was the Chief guest and Mr. Naveen Shetty, Secretary, DK District Basketball Association was the Guest of honour. The Principals of all the constituent colleges shared the dais. The gathering was welcomed by Dr. Muralikrishna, Sports advisor of the University and the Vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Sudini Borkar, Sports chairperson, NIPT.
The event witnessed the participation of a large number of enthusiastic players. The winners were felicitated at the Valedictory function held on 25th January, 2018. The prizes were distributed by Major Dr. Shivakumar Hiremath, Medical Superintendent, K.S Hegde Hospital who was the chief guest and Dr. Naresh Shetty, Intensivist, K.S. Hegde Hospital who was the Guest of honour. The event was organised and co-ordinated under the guidance of Dr. Murali Krishna, Sports advisor; Sports Chairperson and Physical Education Directors of the constituent colleges of NITTE (Deemed to be University)
