Rashtra Devo Bhava - MRSMEMHS

Republic Day in MRSM was observe in a unique way with the vision of promoting patriotism and universal brotherhood among the local youth. A huge crowd gathered to witness the cultural display by the teachers, parents and students. Mrs. Chirashree Anchan, a local, multilingual cinema actress and Mr. Y N Salian, Principal, MRPITI were the guests of honour. The function was presided over by Prof. Dr. U S Krishna Nayak, Principal and Dean A B Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences. He stressed on the need for maintaining the country clean which would be the right way to pay tribute to Nation. Mr Salian remembered the contribution of great leaders for the freedom which we are enjoying today. The Principal, Mrs Shreelatha Rao, welcome the gathering. Mr Arun Shetty, the President of PTA recalled the challenges India had faced while framing the constitution. Cultural programme, ‘Rashtra Devo Bhava’ by Sanatana Natyalaya, Mangalore was the major attraction.
