Staff Family get-together - NET Institutions

A staff family get-together of NET Institutions of Nitte campus was organized on 26th January, 2018 as a part of Republic day celebrations. Variety entertainment program was presented by the staff in Sadananda Auditorium after the formal program. Sri. N.V. Hegde, President, Nitte Education Trust and Chancellor, Nitte University inaugurated the program and spoke on the relevance of such family get-togethers in educational Institutions. He recalled such events conducted in the past and promised all support and encouragement for these activities. Dr. Niranjan N. Chiplunkar, Principal, NMAMIT; Sri. A. Yogeesh Hegde, Registrar; Dr. I. Ramesh Mithanthaya, Vice-Principal & Dean; Dr. Srinath Shetty, Resident Engineer; Dr. Sankaran, Director, JKSHIM; Dr. Veena Kumari B.K., Principal Dr. NSAMFGC; Prof. Prashanth Kumar Holla, Principal, NRAMP; Prof. Indira P.V, Principal, Dr. NSAM PUC; Prof. Radha Prabhu, Principal, Dr. NSAM English Medium School; Prof. Vishwanatha, Convener of the event were present. A total of 26 events including singing, dance and mimicry by the teaching and non teaching staff of NMAMIT, JKSHIM, Dr. NSAM FGC, NRAMP, Dr. NSAM PUC and Dr. NSAM EMS were presented. Dr. I Ramesh Mithanthaya proposed the Vote of thanks. Prof. Melwyn, Asst. Professor, Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, NMAMIT compered the event.
