The Computer Society of India Student Branch of NMAMIT organized an event, STRAW-TEGY in the campus.
The event witnessed the active participation of 34 students (17 teams of two each) from the Department of Computer Science & Information Science Engineering. The event helped in testing the team work and their skills to structure a design. It also tested the ability of a student in software engineering lifecycle. Various models were given a shape based on the oral instructions by one of the partner and the other person creating it.
The event was judged based on time taken and mistakes committed while creating the model. Prof. Pallavi K N judged the event. Mr. Nikhil Kamath B, Ms. Preemal Nithisha Pinto emerged winners.
