NUCSER is pleased to invite you to inauguration of the International Hands-on Workshop on Essential Zebrafish Techniques- Development and Genetics on 29th November 2018 at University Auditorium, Paneer Campus.
The workshop is a part of DST-BELSPO collaborative project titled "Investigating the mechanisms of genetic disorders using the zebrafish model system (GEN-ZEMO)" awarded to Dr Anirban Chakraborty, NUCSER and Dr. Anne de Paepe, Centre for Medical Genetics, Ghent University, Belgium.
Zebrafish Model System is gaining tremendous popularity as a vertebrate model system in the field of Health Science and Biomedicine. The workshop is intended to introduce potential zebrafish users to essential molecular techniques for a wide range of applications such as toxicology, genetics, disease modeling, drug screening, and developmental biology.
