Entrepreneurship Development Program - NMAMIT

Entrepreneurship Development Cell, NMAMIT, Nitte organized a one-month Entrepreneurship Development Program in association with the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad from 3rd to 31st December 2018. The program was sponsored by NSTEDB, DST, Govt. of India. 28 candidates participated in the program.

 

Mr. Prajwal Achar, Director-Technical, SKF Boilers & Driers Pvt. Ltd., Moodabidri inaugurated the program. In his inaugural address, he mentioned that there are many opportunities and schemes provided by the Government to the youngsters to motivate them to become entrepreneurs. He advised them to make use of these facilities and come forward to start their own ventures. Dr. Niranjan N Chiplunkar presided over the function. In his presidential address, he gave detailed information about the various startup schemes. Dr. Balasubramani R, Chief Project Leader, EDC welcomed the gathering and briefed about the one month program. Ms. Geetha, Program Coordinator, EDC was the master of ceremony and also proposed the vote of thanks. Mr. Praveen Udupa, Mr. Sundar Sherigara, Dr. Sudhirraj K, Dr. TPM Pakkala, Dr. Radhakrishna Sharma, Dr. Shashikanth Karinka, Dr. Niranjan N Chiplunkar, Dr. Balasubramani R imparted one-month training to the participants. Mr. T.V Bhat, Retd. Manager, Syndicate Bank, Udupi was the guest of honor for the Valedictory function. Mr. Krishna Bhat, a participant gave a feedback about the EDP during the valedictory function. Participation Certificates were distributed to all the participants. Dr. Balasubramani, Chief Project Leader, EDC proposed the vote of thanks and Mrs. Geetha, Program Co-ordinator, EDC was the master of ceremony.
