he Department of Anatomy organized an Invited Lecture, "The Applied Aspects of Interventional Cardiology" on 1st February 2019 at Lecture Hall 1, K S Hegde Medical Academy. Dr. Mariappan P., MBBS, MD (Internal Medicine) DM (Cardiology) from CMC Vellore, delivered a lecture on "Applied Aspects of Interventional Cardiology" He spoke on coronary and non coronary interventions and on the electrophysiology of the heart. The Staff of Pre Clinical and Para Clinical departments and the students of I year MBBS were present for the Lecture.
