Farewell - NIPT

The faculty and students of Nitte Institute of Physiotherapy, a constituent college of Nitte (Deemed to be University) organized a farewell function for the outgoing batch of MPT & BPT on 30th April 2019 at KS Hegde Auditorium. Prof. Dr. Dhanesh Kumar KU, Principal, Nitte Institute of Physiotherapy welcomed the gathering and conveyed his best wishes to the outgoing students.

The Chief guest,Dr. Kamaaj B., Principal, AKG Co-operative Institute of Health Sciences, Kannur, in his address explained the importance of co-ordination and teamwork which can lead to success. He stressed on the importance of being tech savvy and updating oneself with the knowledge of current affairs.

The presiding officer of the ceremony, Dr. Alka Kulkarni, Registrar, NitteDU urged the students to develop their skills, to remain a lifelong learner and be the brand ambassadors for the Nitte University in future. She wished them success and asked them to carry the best memories from the college, as student life is the best part of life`s journey. The outgoing students, Ms. Sayunkta Anchan of IV BPT and Mrs. Anitha Paul of II MPT shared their experience at NIPT. A token of appreciation was awarded to Ms Sayunkta Anchan for her extraordinary work and contribution to the institution, as the General Secretary of the Student Council for the year 2018-19.

The formal function ended with the Vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Purusotham Chippala, Associate Professor, NIPT. Mrs. Suchetha P.S. Associate Professor co-ordinated the event. Ms. Joana John, student of III BPT, was the Master of Ceremony. Cultural programs and competitions were conducted for the students of the outgoing batch after the formal function.
