‘Karunya’- A helping hand for the disabled is a voluntary unit run by the faculty of NIPT with voluntary contributions.
Karunya donated a pair of functional knee brace to a 14-year old girl diagnosed with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy on 28-06-2019. It was handed over by Dr. Mallikarjunaiah H S, Assoc. Professor, Padmashree Institute of Physiotherapy, Bangalore and Dr. Prem Kumar Bhojara, Assoc. Professor, Kempegowda Institute of Physiotherapy, Bangalore.
