"Japan-Asia Youth Exchange Program in Science" (SAKURA Exchange Program in Science) is a program for enhancing knowledge exchange between the youth of Asia and Japan who play a crucial role in the field of science & technology, through close collaboration of industry-academia-government by facilitating short-term visits of competent Asian youth to Japan. The program meant for undergraduate/graduate students / post-doctoral researchers is sponsored by Japan Science & Technology(JST). NMAMIT had received an invitation from Ritsumeikan University to send its representatives.
A team from NMAMIT comprising of one faculty and 10 undergraduate students from various undergraduate programs will be participating in the SAKURA Exchange Program in Science 2019 under the theme, “Water and Waste Management” during the period from July 7 – 13, 2019 at Ritsumeikan University, Japan.
