A team of doctors led by Dr Sripada G Mehandale, Professor & Head, Anaesthesiology; Prof. (Dr) Gayathri Bhat along with interns, Dr John Varghese, Dr Lakshmi S Das, Dr Naveed S Yadawad; trained interns, postgraduate students and staff of KVG Dental College and Hospital, Sullia imparted training in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation skills on 18th June 2019 .
Dr Moksha Nayak, Principal, KVG Dental College and Hospital inaugurated the workshop. Dr Ramraj, Professor and Head, OMFS, welcomed the gathering.
Dr Mahabaleshwar Bhat, proposed the vote of thanks.
A total of 106 participants were trained hands-on, in life saving skills to be used in case of cardiac arrest, which is becoming increasingly frequent due to changes in lifestyle.
