The Mechanical Engineering Department of NMAMIT organized a 5-day Faculty Development Program on “Modelling Fundamentals and PYTHON for Numerical Simulation and Applied Artificial Intelligence for Mechanical Engineering Systems Research” from 18th to 22nd December 2019.
Dr. Anand M Shivapuji, Senior Scientist from IISc, Bengaluru was the chief guest and resource person for the program. Dr. Niranjan N Chiplunkar Principal, NMAMIT during his inaugural speech highlighted the importance of Artificial Intelligence and PYTHON program in Mechanical Engineering.
Dr. Shashikanth Karinka, HoD, Mechanical Engineering welcomed the gathering. Dr. Narasimha Bailkere rendered the vote of thanks. The program was coordinated by Dr. Nithin Kumar and Dr. Rashmi P Shetty. There were 50 participants from various engineering colleges and participants from Ethiopia also.
