Medical Education Unit of KSHEMA | Orientation Program for Interns

The Medical Education Unit of KSHEMA jointly with NU-MEDISIM organised a 3-day internship orientation program for the newly joined interns from 17th to 19th September 2020. 36 interns participated in the program. The members of the COVID Task force, KSHEMA educated the interns on COVID & methods of managing it. Students were provided hands on skill lab based training on catheterization, prescription writing & IV injections besides training them in patient transfer & airway management. Dr. Kishan Prasad HL, MEU Coordinator and Dr. Gayathri Bhat, NU-MEDISIM Coordinator organized the program.
