News from Dr. NSAM PU College, Nitte | Staff empowerment program

A staff empowerment program on ‘Building a Sustaining - Successful School/College of the Future - A Transformative Initiative’ was organized by Dr. NSAM PU College, Nitte on 7th December, 2020 to enhance the staff competencies.

Dr. Sudhir Raj K Professor, Justice KS Hegde Institute of Management, Nitte was the Chief Guest and keynote speaker. In his keynote address, he emphasized the necessity of an employee to adapt to the changing scenario to enhance productivity at both individual and institutional levels.

33 staff members attended the session. The program was enriching and intellectually stimulating for the participants.
