Ms Govekar Anisha Vishvas, currently pursuing her internship at NISH was invited to lead the yoga session. Ms Anisha has completed her Diploma in Yoga Training and Diploma in Diet Planning from Fab Academy and is the Founder of Mantra for Soul Yoga Coaching.
The session began with a welcome and introductory address by Ms. Shwetha, Principal, NISH. In line with this year’s theme ‘Yoga for well-being’ with emphasis on overall wellbeing during the pandemic, Ms Anisha guided the attendees through some basic asanas, pranayama and meditation techniques. The benefits of each of these were explained by her along with the demonstration.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms Shwetha.
