Nitte Rukmini Adyanthaya Memorial Polytechnic, Nitte and Karnataka German Technical Training Institute (Govt. of Karnataka) Extension Center - Karkala signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 16th January 2025 at KGTTIEC, Karkala to provide skill development & advanced technology hands-on training, facilitate internship for students and enhance employability.
KGTTI Extension Center, Karkala functions under the administration of KGTTI, Mangaluru, established by the Karnataka German Multi Skill Development Center (KGMSDC) with the technical support of GIZ-IS. KGTTI provides need-based quality training in CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Master CAM, Auto CAD, CATIA, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco IT Essentials and Tally / Accounts Executive courses to student participants mobilized by AIET.
NRAMP will mobilise students to undergo internship & skill-development training to bridge the skill gap and acquire the desired skill-set to cater to the needs of industries, indigenously and globally, besides preparing them to become successful entrepreneurs.
The MoU was signed by Sri. Vishwanathan K, Principal, NRAM Polytechnic and Sri. Giridhar Salian, Director, KGTTIEC. The MoU is expected to provide a win-win situation for students, faculty and the industry.
