The team from NIPT was warmly welcomed by Shreenath Hegde, President of the Ashram. Prof (Dr) Dhanesh Kumar K U, Principal NIPT, briefed the gathering regarding the Swachh programs and expressed the importance of humanity, selfless service, and empathy.
Both staff and students successfully cleared the surroundings. Dr Rashmitha AP, NSS Coordinator for NIPT, and Ms. Priyanka Nayak coordinated the event along with NSS student coordinators Ms. Abhinaya and Mr. Jayakrishnan.
A total of 45 volunteers participated in the drive.
Prof (Dr) Dhanesh Kumar K U was honored by the President of the Ashram on the occasion.
