The event began with a welcome address by Prof (Dr) Dhanesh Kumar K U, Principal, NIPT and opening remarks by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof (Dr) Satheesh Kumar Bhandary, who spoke of the importance of ethics in every profession.
The Speaker for the event was Dr Anna Lea Enriquez (MD, DPBA, FPSA), College of Rehabilitation Sciences, University of Santo Tomas, Manila, the Philippines who spoke at length on ethics and their importance in healthcare.
The webinar concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the coordinator of the event, Dr Saumya Srivastava, Associate Professor, NIPT.
