News from Dr Nsam Pre-university College Nitte | District Level Sports Meet

The Udupi District Pre-University Department organized the District Level Sports Meet, on 28th & 29th November 2022, at Ajjarakadu, Udupi. 

Achievements: 

1. Mr. Kuldeep Kumar of I PUC Commerce won the gold medal in Javelin throw (54.55mts); silver medals in Discus throw (39.09mts) and Shotput (12.37mts). He won the Individual Championship Award and was selected for State level tournament. 

2. Ms. Nandini G of I PUC Commerce won gold medals in the 1500-meter, 3000-meter, 5000-meter and cross-country races. She bagged the Individual Championship Award and was also selected for State level tournaments. 

3. Mr. Sushanth Acharya of II PUC Commerce won the gold medal in Discus Throw (39.80mts) and a bronze medal in Javelin Throw (42.88mts). He was selected for the state-level event. 

4. Ms. Vidyashree of I PUC Commerce won bronze medals in 100 meter and 400-meter hurdles. 

5. Mr. Basavaraja Vibhoothi won the bronze medal in 100-meter race. 

6. The team comprising of Mr. Basavaraja Vibhoothi of II Commerce, Mr. Kuldeep Kumar of I Commerce, Mr. Thrushanth of II Science, and Mr. Krish Bhandari of II Science won the bronze medals in 4X100 meter Relay.
