International Hospitality Day was celebrated on 26th April 2023 at the college premises. Chef Jomon, alumni of the college and working presently at The Lalit, London UK delivered a talk on the occasion which was streamed online. He spoke extensively to the students about the rigors of the Hospitality industry and also about the attitudes and temperaments needed to persevere in the industry.
The Chief Guest of the function Chef Amal, Executive Chef of The Lalit Spa & Resorts, Bekal, Kasargod conducted a practical hands-on session in the Advanced Training Kitchen.
A Social Outreach Program was also organised on the occasion of the International Hospitality Day and the students of I BSc (Hons) Hospitality Management visited the Veronica Vihar Ashram at Mary Hill, Mangalore.
