News from NSAMFGC, Nitte | Endowment lecture on Management in Action - Japanese Perspectives

The ninth endowment lecture on 'Management in Action - Japanese Perspectives' was delivered by Mr. Tetsuo Oikawa, President, KAIJO Corporation, Japan on 12th April 2023 at Sambhram Auditorium, Nitte campus.

Addressing the students, Mr. Tetsuo Oikawa said “The concept behind the Japanese model is to provide the basic framework for product customization and improvement, based on the market needs”. He mentioned that he expects more Indians to join his company and have a better working environment, as the Indian way of management has certain unique aspects.

The guest of Honor, Prof. Harikrishna Bhat, Director, International Collaborations, Nitte University shared his work experience in Japan. Hidenori Sasahara, Managing Director, KAIJO Corporation Japan and Ms. Yasuko Sato, Executive Assistant & Japanese Language Instructor of Nitte University, were the other dignitaries present at the function. 

Dr. Veena Kumari B K, Principal, Dr. NSAMFGC presided over the program. Mr. Ramesh M, Student Welfare Officer & Mr. Prakash B, IQAC Coordinator coordinated the event.
