An immunization program was held at Kadri UHTC. on 24th May with the support of the Government UHC, Bejai, by the Dept. of Community Medicine. Children of various age groups were brought to the Health Centre and were immunized according to the national immunization schedule. The importance of proper and complete immunization was explained to the guardians and they were also informed about the possible side effects of the vaccine.
The program was coordinated by Dr Raksha, Medical Officer, Santosh N P (MSW), Gautami (ANM, Govt. UHC, Bejai) and. Bharati (Asha Worker, UHC, Bejai) along with the help of staff nurse Wilma and Navya, Lab Technician. Interns Dr Ambili Das and Dr Alfaz Ashraf participated in the program.
