The 15th Graduation Day Ceremony of NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte was held at the institute premises on 21st October 2023. Shri. N. Vinaya Hegde, President, Nitte Education Trust & Chancellor, Nitte (Deemed to be University) presided over the function & congratulated the graduates on becoming professionals. He stressed the importance of remembering parents, teachers and friends who have helped them reach their goal. He advised the students to boldly face the different challenges in their personal & professional careers.
Prof. Dr. Gopal Mugeraya, Vice President (Technical Education) was the guest for the morning session where the academic toppers were awarded Medals and Certificates and M.Tech and MCA graduates were awarded their degrees.
Prof. Dr. Shantaram Shetty, Pro-Chancellor, Nitte University and Prof. Dr. M.S Moodithaya, Vice-Chancellor, Nitte University were the guests for the afternoon session where the B.E graduates of 2022-23 were awarded their degree certificates.
Dr. Niranjan Chiplunkar, Principal, NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte welcomed the gathering and presented a brief report of the college. Dr. I R Mithanthaya, Vice Principal & Dean (Academics) read out the names of gold & silver medalists. Dr. Rajalakshmi Samaga, PG Coordinator read out the names of M.Tech graduates and Mr. Balachandra, Asst. Professor, Dept. of MCA read out the names of MCA graduates. Dr. Srinivasa Rao BR, Vice Principal & Controller of Examinations led the procession during the ceremony. Dr. Venkatesh Kamath, Asst. Controller of Examinations, NMAMIT proposed the vote of thanks. Dr. Narasimha Bailkeri, Dean (Student Welfare) coordinated the ceremony. Dr. Mamatha Girish, Associate Professor, Dept. of E&C and Dr. Shrikanth Desai, Professor, Dept. of Computer Science were the Masters of Ceremony.
