An interactive web tool called "ESKAPE EXPLORE" developed by NUCSER, SRM-AP and AMR Insights, Netherlands was unveiled at the two-day International Conclave on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) and the Future of Antibiotics (ICAFA-2023) jointly organized by Nitte University Centre for Science Education & Research (NUCSER) and SRM University-AP on 8th & 9th November 2023 at SRM University-AP campus.
In order to provide important insights into this pressing health issue, ESKAPE EXPLORE continuously gathers and conducts in-depth research of AMR genetic features and virulence factors in ESKAPE pathogens gathered worldwide. It then publishes this data along with all relevant metadata information.
