An expert lecture by Mr. Edward Maben, Chief Social Impact Officer of Trescon Global on "Designing an Organisation of the Future: A New Agenda of HR Leadership," was organized for the MBA - HR students of JKSHIM on 19th August 2024. The expert lecture was followed by an interactive session. Mr. Maben emphasized that HR is crucial in modern organizations, with long-term success hinging on retaining talented employees. He noted that performance management is key to business success and that HR is becoming strategically important. In today's hybrid work environment, mastering the art of working with and through people is essential, and leadership should focus on this direction.
