Nitte Institute of Hospitality Services (NIHS) jointly with Nitte Institute of Professional Education (NIPE) organized a vibrant Krishna Janmashtami celebration at the college campus. Dr. Sushil Chug was the chief guest for the program.
The event commenced with a traditional prayer and the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the beginning of the festivities. The cultural program that followed showcased the students' talents, with performances reflecting the spirit of Krishna Janmashtami. The enthusiasm and dedication of the participants were evident, as they brought the stories and teachings of Lord Krishna to life through music, dance and drama. The highlight of the day was the Matka-breaking competition, which pitted teams from NIHS and NIPE against each other in a spirited display of strength and teamwork.
