A Talk on Career Guidance & Career Aptitude Test was organized at Dr MRSM English Medium High School for students of Class IX & X on 5th February 2025 to help students understand different career options and provide expert guidance on subject selection and career planning.
The session was conducted by experienced career professionals Ms Deepali Shenoy and Mr Tushar Sinha from ‘EduFlourish’, Bangalore.
- An introduction to different career streams - Science, Commerce, Humanities and Vocational courses.
- Information about emerging career trends & opportunities.
- Guidance on subject selection based on career aspirations.
Key highlights of the session included:
An interactive Q&A session was held thereafter, where students & parents clarified doubts about career choices. Students took the Career Aptitude Test designed to evaluate their Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills; Interests & personality traits: Verbal & numerical abilities and suitability for different career paths.
The program successfully guided students in understanding their abilities & career aspirations, making it a significant step in their academic and professional journey.
