Programs conducted by Dept of Periodontics

1. Department of Periodontics in association with Department of Public Health organized Oral Hygiene day celebration on August 1st 2013. The program included display of charts on oral hygiene, pamphlet distribution and 2 lectures on the importance of oral hygiene. 

2. Indian Society of Periodontology Study Group Mangalore in association with KVG Dental College, Sullia and Department of Periodontics A.B. Shetty conducted a CDE program on Periodontal Medicine on 06/09/2013. Guest speaker was Dr. Mohammed Faizuddin Prof. and Head Ambedkar Dental College.

3. Department of Periodontics conducted a Lecture on "Current opinions in the management of biofilms and periodontal disease"  Lecture series  in association with Indian Society of Periodontoly on 04/09/2013.
