Report on Debate Competition
The Editorial Committee of SNA unit, NUINS has organized the Debate Competition on the occassion of “National Education Day” on 25-11-2013 at 2pm. in seminar hall, NUINS. We began our programme with inaugural function. Mrs. Mamatha Bhandary, Counselor the department of psychiatry from Justice K.S Hegde Hospital was the chief guest for the programme. The programme began with the prayer song by III year B.Sc.(N) students,. The chief guest emphasized the importance of education at present world in her speech. Prof. Mrs. Fatima D’silva SNA President and, Principal also encouraged the students and congratulated the Editorial Committee for organizing the programme through her message. After the inaugural function, the Debate competition was conducted on “Advancement of science – impact on Society.” Mrs. Nalini M. Assoc. Prof, and staff chairperson of the editorial committee; announced the result of the competition. The prizes were given to the winners.
