Lourdes Central School, Mangalore in association with MARS Learning Centre conducted “Invent 2016-Inter School Science Quiz” competition held on 19th November 2016. Siddhanth S Shetty and N N Advith of class X, secured second Runner up position under the senior category.
Gramma Panchayath Padupanamburu, conducted various competitions for the students coming under them on 23rd October 2016. Shamith Rishan Rodrigus of class II and Ruthwik Rai of class I secured first and second place in drawing respectively, Arman of class V secured first place in Junior Category,Vignesh Mallya of class VII secured first place and Sharvari Rao of class VI secured second place Elocution in the Senior category. Jahnavi Shetty of class VII secured second place in essay writing competition.
17 students of our school took part in ‘YUVA SIRI’ Interact District Conference-2016 organised by RI District 3181, Zone 1, at Vidyagiri Moodubidire on 26th and 27th November to exhibit a commendable performance.
Vaishnavi of class 10 emerged as the best M C, the school bagged II place in cultural competition category and Community service activities, III place for Club Service Activities and all activities of service.
Many of our students took part in the “9th Western National Level Open Karate Championship-2016” ”sponsored by All India Shitoryu Karatedo Association held on 3rd and 4th December 2016 at Karnataka state government Employees Association Hall, Hamankatta, Mangaluru and twenty of them have won medals in Kumute and Kata.

VVM - Examination Our school was one of the centre for VVM organized by the CBSE on 20.11.16 in which 86 of our students 36 students from Mangalore took part.
