Yoga for Stress management at Abhyuday Seminar Hall - NMAMIT

'YOGA for Stress management, Memory development & Concentration' program was organized by 'Yuj For Life' club from 14th February to 22nd February, 2017 between 04:50 PM to 05:20 PM.

Total of 23 students registered for the same.


Module included:
1. Breathing exercise with Ujjayi
2. Loosening exercise
3. Surya Namaskara
4. Quick Relaxation Technique
5. Pranayama – Nadishuddhi, Bhramari
6. Meditation
