SNSB was privileged to have Sri Arun Shrivastava, Managing Director and CEO, Syndicate Bank, at Greater Noida campus on March 4, 2017.
All the participants sang the Synd-Song to mark the beginning of the august function. Mr. Sriharsha Bhat welcomed the chief guest and introduced him to the participants. Prof. Srinath presented a brief report of the last 9 months of the ongoing PGD Program. He also announced the names of three academic toppers during the first three terms of the program. Mr. Sriharsha Bhat gave an overview of iMPACT, Individual Effectiveness (IE) Series, an initiative to transform budding officers to smart officers. Names of IE winners were also announced. Prof. Hari Kapoor spoke about "e-Mudra", e-magazine of SNSB participants. He gave a detailed overview of this initiative and the journey so far with nine editions that were released so far. Event on March 4th also witnessed Hon'ble MD and CEO of Syndicate Bank releasing the 10th edition of e-Mudra.
Hon'ble MD and CEO addressed the participants. In his speech, he commended the efforts of Nitte Education International and the faculty of SNSB in grooming the participants to become effective officers. He called upon the participants to stay connected with SNSB as this is the foundation stone in their banking career.
Ayush Goel, Sameer Gaurav and Gyanendu Prabhat received the awards for being the toppers in academics and Sushil Kumar, Ankit Bisaria and Gyanendu Prabhat for being the toppers in iMPACT, the IE Series.
Sushil Kumar, the Best Outgoing Participant proposed a vote of thanks. The event concluded with a photo session with Hon'ble MD & CEO
